Biography

Laura and her husband, Bill, a wildlife biologist, live in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with their three children. Laura is a stay-at-home mom who began to create paintings and calligraphy art as a hobby in 1993. When friends began requesting her work, she turned it into a small business, hosting open houses and appearing at craft shows. Laura is self-taught, and all her work is done by hand ø no computer generation. In 2005, after 15 years of talking about it, Laura and her friend, Terri Abbott formed Whatsoever, Ink., the parent company of LauraSartin.com.
